Feod Hosts Real Estate Event at «Obiimy» in Cyprus

We are pleased to share that on September 19, 2025, at the Ukrainian Cultural Center “Obiimy” in Larnaca, the Feod Group team successfully held a meeting with Ukrainians living in Cyprus.

The main topic of the event was purchasing real estate in Cyprus — one of the most relevant issues for those who plan to settle on the island or invest in property.

The speakers were the lawyers and experts of Feod Group – Anastasiia Taran and Iryna Luhina. The meeting was also attended by the Founder and Managing Director of Feod Group – Elena Georgiou. In addition, a representative of a Cypriot developer – Demetris Georgiou – took part in the discussion, presenting current projects in Larnaca and answering guests’ questions.

During the meeting, the following key topics were covered:

• rules for purchasing property in Cyprus by foreigners as individuals or through a company;
• taxation upon purchase, rental, and subsequent sale;
• mortgage opportunities and bank requirements for borrowers;
• confirmation of the source of funds and specifics of transfers from Ukraine;
• due diligence and legal verification of the developer.

In addition, the developer presented exclusive real estate offers in Larnaca specifically for the event’s guests, giving participants the opportunity to explore attractive investment options first-hand.

The atmosphere of the meeting was lively and interactive. Participants asked interesting and practical questions, which were thoroughly answered by Feod Group speakers and the developer’s representative. This format allowed the topic to be viewed from different perspectives and gave the audience a comprehensive understanding of the process of purchasing real estate in Cyprus.
