The real estate sector in Cyprus is booming, and from January to July 2025, the island recorded the highest number of property sales in the last 17 years. According to official data from the Cyprus Department of Land and Surveys, 10,561 transactions were registered in the first seven months of the year — 15% more than the same period in 2024 (9,210 transactions).

- In Nicosia, growth reached an impressive 36%, especially compared to a modest 2% in June.
- Paphos accelerated from 13% to 16%.
- Meanwhile, Limassol showed signs of slowing down: growth declined from 13% to 5%.
- In Famagusta, growth dropped from 21% to 13%.
- Larnaca, which showed a sharp jump of 44% in June, recorded a slight decrease of -6% in July.
