The real estate sector in Cyprus is booming, and from January to July 2025, the island recorded the highest number of property sales in the last 17 years. According to official data from the Cyprus Department of Land and Surveys, 10,561 transactions were registered in the first seven months of the year — 15% more than the same period in 2024 (9,210 transactions).

This dynamic indicates renewed confidence in the market, a stable economic situation on the island, and Cyprus’ attractiveness as a destination for living, business, and capital investment.
